1. Dispatch Schedule and Same-Day Dispatch Guarantee

Same-Day Dispatch:
All orders received and successfully processed by 14:00 GMT on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same day.
Same-Day Dispatch Compensation Guarantee:
In the unlikely event that your order is received before 14:00 GMT but is not dispatched on the same working day, we guarantee to refund the entire shipping cost you paid for that order. This compensation will be processed within 5 working days of the dispatch date. This guarantee does not apply if dispatch is delayed due to incomplete or inaccurate customer information, payment processing issues, or any reason covered under the Force Majeure clause (Section 5).

For orders where a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service is selected, we offer the following assurance:
Refund the Shipping Promise: If the carrier fails to deliver the package on the specified next working day, we will refund the full cost of the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery shipping fee, no arguments.. This refund is contingent on the failure being due to the carrier and not due to customer-related issues (e.g., recipient not being present to sign for the package, incorrect address details).

While we strive for prompt delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and start from the point of dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

4. UK Consumer Law Compliance

Force Majeure Events may include, but are not limited to:
Acts of God, such as severe weather (e.g., flooding, snow, high winds)
War, terrorism, riots, civil commotions
Governmental acts, laws, or regulations (e.g., border closures, mandatory lockdowns)
Labour disputes, strikes, or trade disruptions (e.g., postal strikes)
Epidemics or pandemics affecting the operation of our service or the courier network
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will make every reasonable effort to mitigate the effects of the delay. The Same-Day Dispatch Compensation Guarantee and the Refund the Shipping Promise will be temporarily suspended during the period of the Force Majeure Event.
