Supply Chain and Material Standards Overview

This document outlines the key material usage requirements and compliance standards for our products, ensuring quality, ethical sourcing, and environmental responsibility throughout our supply chain.

Material Usage and Sourcing

We are committed to using materials that minimize environmental impact and promote circularity.

Artificial Down

Any artificial down used in our products must be sourced from 100% recycled plastic and supplied by PrimaLoft. This commitment supports the reduction of plastic waste and promotes the use of high-quality, recycled synthetic insulation.

Organic Cotton and Textiles

We prioritise the use of organic fibers to reduce the use of harmful pesticides and promote sustainable farming practices.

Certification and Compliance Standards

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is the international standard for a Quality Management System (QMS). All key manufacturing partners are required to maintain ISO 9001 certification, demonstrating their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Fair Trade Certification

We require Fair Trade Certification for applicable materials and finished goods to ensure that workers receive fair compensation, safe working conditions, and that responsible environmental practices are followed in the production process.

Better Cotton Initiative (BCI)

The Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) promotes measurable and continuing improvements for the environment and farming communities. We source Better Cotton through our suppliers, committed to the production of cotton in a way that is better for the people who produce it, better for the environment, and better for the sector's future.

Organic Textile Standard (OTS)

The Organic Textile Standard (OTS) verifies the organic status of textiles, from harvesting of the raw materials, through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing up to labelling. This ensures that the final product contains genuinely organic cotton.

Sedex

Sedex manages and assess labor, health and safety, environment, and business ethics within our supply chain. Our suppliers are expected to be members of Sedex and share their Sedex audit reports for ongoing monitoring and improvement.
